Continuing their fitness rivalry, VeVe and Orlandoe visit the gym for a 3-part contest of different exercises: Pull-Ups, Biceps Curls, and Sissy Squats.
#1: Pull-Ups Contest:
The ladies take turns performing increasing numbers of pull-ups (wide grip with palms turned out) until one of them can go no further and must quit.
It's a challenge for both competitors, as they push to reach for one more rep! But it is a definitive win for one competitor, who goes on to show off by maxing out on reps. The loser struggles to reach higher reps, and ultimately has to admit defeat. [5 minutes]

#2: Biceps Curls Contest:
The ladies compete to see who can do the most reps with 20 lb dumbbells (approx 9 kg). One dumbbell in each hand, curling both simultaneously. The ladies take turns, performing one official set each, and counting reps aloud.
Whoever can do the most reps with the 20 lb dumbbells is the winner. The loser struggles to reach higher reps, and ultimately has to admit defeat. The winner shows off by immediately performing another bonus set of alternating arm curls. [3 min]
#3 Sissy Squat Contest
Here, the ladies take turns performing multiple rounds of sissy squats. A sissy squat is performed by sitting back with the feet locked in place, and it emphasizes the quad muscles. After starting with just body weight, the ladies eventually add dumbbells to increase resistance.
The ladies perform a LOT of grueling sissy squats in this video. It is a great chance to see their thigh muscles in action (especially Orlandoe's). Whoever can complete the most reps with the heaviest weight is the winner! [19 min]
