As far as VeVe's concerned Howl doesn't deserve a bondage wrestling rematch with her, so she'll only give him another shot on one condition: he has to agree to a new kind of punishment if he loses... without knowing what it will be! Howl's feeling confident and wants a win so badly that he agrees... What Howl doesn't know is that a fan's suggestion has inspired VeVe to try a special experiment: is it possible to bondage wrestle a male opponent into a pair of pantyhose and a dress? VeVe plans to find out!
With her new goal in mind, VeVe rushes into this match with gusto. Unphased by VeVe's blitz attack, Howl stays calm and composed as he gets to work with the ropes. But VeVe's really driven here, and she's especially eager to get Howl tied up as quickly and efficiently as possible. No playing games; VeVe's got an agenda! Within minutes, she pulls Howl into a double elbow tie, ties his wrists behind his back, and binds his knees. And as Howl lies bound and irritated, VeVe's fun has just begun.
Using clever temporary ties, VeVe then proceeds to dress up her new little (disgruntled!) captive doll Howl, keeping him fully under control the whole time. She works a pair of shiny pantyhose over his feet and up his legs, pulling them up and over his briefs. Then, after carefully rebinding his arms overhead and posing playfully on him, she pulls a shiny, strapless spandex dress down onto his body. Annoyed and indignant, Howl can only cringe and squirm uselessly in his bonds while VeVe teases him about his new attire.
