Newcomer Tae steps onto the mats now for his very first 1-on-1 competitive mixed wrestling match -- and it's against VeVe Lane! Tae and VeVe are virtually the same size (Tae at 116 lbs, VeVe at 125 lbs), and both fighters have been eager to meet up for a match. And so, they face off now in this 2-round match for pins and submissions!
This is a tough, uphill match for Tae; not only is VeVe physically stronger and more muscular than he is, but she's also considerably more experienced in submission wrestling. But although VeVe out-maneuvers him, reverses him, works him into remarkably immobilizing pins and holds, and scores multiple varied submissions (including chokes, grapevines, triangles, body scissors, and more), Tae keeps his head in the game, stays positive, and tries his best right through to the end.
At last, VeVe comes away with a very decisive victory over the now thoroughly exhausted Tae. And as Tae dazedly realizes what just happened, VeVe celebrates with a sequence of victory poses.
