During the course of the scene, VeVe gradually ties Dr. Talia into chair bondage -- one of the therapy methods that VeVe herself had to endure under Dr. Talia's watch. Fearing for her safety, Talia is compliant. But, despite her fear, Talia stays cool and composed, drawing on her skills as a mental health professional and trying to persuade VeVe that her methods were done with good intentions.
VeVe recounts her experiences in bondage "treatment" as she ties Talia. With growing dismay and agitation, the good doctor tries to stay calm and talk her way out of the situation, but Mistress VeVe just keeps tying.
Once Dr. Talia is fully tied into the chair, the Mistress starts with the Gag Phase. While monologuing villainously, VeVe cleave gags Talia and stalks around menacing her (cleave gag segment = 5 minutes). VeVe then removes the cleave and instead ball gags Talia, taking time again to admire and menace her (ball gag = 3 minutes). VeVe then removes the ball gag and instead bondage-tape gags Talia (tape gag = 5 minutes), again continuing to menace the captive doctor. Mistress VeVe even mocks Talia by briefly tape-gagging herself.
With each subsequent re-gagging, Dr. Talia's dismay increases. She tries hard to stay composed, even though it's clear she's not getting out of this. VeVe wickedly whispers to her captive that they will now have a lot of time together to explore this unique treatment, "now that you are all mine..."
